Great Start 2012 for Mitre 10 Country Wide Industries Shoot

16/01/2012

What a great start to 2012 with 34 shooters turning out on a splended Sunday for the Brennans Mitre 10 Country Wide Industries shoot.  This was shot over 2 rounds of 50 with the plenty of pairs and a wide variety of targets. Shooters came from Bathurst, Mudgee and the local area. Congratulations to Steven Payne from Mudgee who claimed High Gun with a 92 7 clear of his nearest competitor.

This was a great start to 2012 with many club members going above and beyond to make the shoot a success. Special mention of Glen Bloink who was out on Saturday to set the range and decided not to shoot and do the catering instead Thanks Bloinky for your dedication to the club.  Thanks also to Rod Carr for Menu and stand changes on Sunday. Packup was good to see with the finished shooters packing up as the final stands were being shot and all over by 2:30. Just another reminder of 9:00AM starts for 2012. Good Shooting for 2012
